But realize this, that in the last days difficult times will come.

Good morning. But realize this, that in the last days difficult times will come. You’re telling me! And now something that sounds just like today’s world: men will be lovers of self (everything is about me, me, me), lovers of money (root of all evil), boastful (many times from a feeling of inadequacy), arrogant (their self-importance makes them above everybody else), revilers (when you can’t win the argument with logic, you revile those who believe differently), disobedient to parents (too many times this is where it starts), ungrateful (when you give things to people without requiring anything from them, they eventually become ungrateful and turn on you), unholy, unloving (remember, they only love themselves), irreconcilable, malicious gossips (this is how you get back at people that disagree with you), without self-control (I want it all, and I want it now!), brutal, haters of good, treacherous, reckless, conceited, lovers of pleasure rather than lovers of God, holding to a form of godliness (but I go to church and give to charity), although they have denied its power (what, “religion“ change me?); avoid such men as these. Father help us to not be like these people but to be like You. Continue to go with the reader and his/her family.
