Good morning. By faith Moses, when he had grown up, refused to be called the son of pharaoh’s daughter, choosing rather to endure  ill-treatment with the people of God than to enjoy the passing pleasures of sin, considering the reproach of Christ greater riches than the treasures of Egypt; for he was looking to the reward. If you have seen the movie, “the 10 Commandments“, it’s hard not to think of that movie as being what truly happened. By faith he left Egypt, not fearing the wrath of the king (that’s not what the book of Exodus seems to say); for he endured, as seeing Him who is unseen. By faith he kept the Passover and the sprinkling of blood; also they passed through the Red Sea as though dry land. With every miracle, Moses gained more and more confidence that God was truly going to take them to the promised land. Father thank You that You have promised much for the reader and his/her family. Help them to remain confident in You that it truly will happen just as You said it would.
