I am the first and the last, and the living One; and I was dead, and behold, I am alive forevermore

Good morning. … Placed His right hand on me, saying, “do not be afraid; I am the first and the last, and the living One; and I was dead, and behold, I am alive forevermore (so He is not like the founders of other religions who are long dead and buried), and I have the keys of death and Hades (so we need not fear either one of them anymore). Several times throughout the book Jesus says similar things about Himself. Therefore write the things which you have seen, and the things which are, and the things which will take place after these things. Some of them were current for John’s days, and others still have not taken place. As for the mystery of the seven stars which you saw in My right hand, and the seven golden lampstands: the seven stars are the angels of the seven churches, and the seven lampstands are the seven churches. Tomorrow we will continue with what Jesus said to John. Father thank You that You have control over death and Hades. We have nothing to fear from them.
