But I have this against you, that you have left your first love

 Good morning. To the angel of the church in Ephesus write: the One who holds the seven stars in His right hand, the One who walks among the seven golden lampstands says this: I know your deeds and your toil and perseverance, and that you cannot tolerate evil men, and you put to the test those who call themselves apostles (you don’t accept everyone who says they are an apostle or evangelist or teacher), and they are not, and you found them to be false (Paul said that he showed the signs of a true apostle by miracles etc.); and you have perseverance for My name’s sake, and have not grown weary. That’s good news; here’s the bad. But I have this against you, that you have left your first love. All the good works in the world cannot compensate for turning away from your true love – Jesus. Tomorrow we will see what else Jesus says about them. Father help us to never leave our first love, but to wholly and truly embrace Him.   Good morning. And men repented, right? And they blasphemed the God of heaven because of their pain and their sores; and they did not repent of their deeds. The sixth angel poured out his bowl on the great river, the Euphrates; and the water was dried up, so that the way would be prepared for the kings from the east. Previously, the 6th angel blew his trumpet and told them to release the four angels at the river Euphrates so that the army of 200 million could cross over. Back to the bowl: and I saw coming out of the mouth of the dragon and out of the mouth of the false prophet, three unclean spirits like frogs; for they are spirits of demons, performing signs, which go out to the kings of the whole world, to gather them together for the war of the great Day of God, the Almighty. Good morning. And if Christ has not been raised, then our preaching is vain, your faith also is vain. That makes sense. Moreover we are even found to be false witnesses of God, because we testified against God that He raised Christ, whom He did not raise if in fact the dead are not raised. Is your head beginning to swim? For if the dead are not raised, not even Christ has been raised, and if Christ has not been raised, your faith is worthless; you are still in your sins.
