 Good morning. Do nothing from selfishness or empty conceit, but with humility of mind regard one another as more important than yourselves. Paul, mind your own business! (My Bible comments that this is the only way to maintain that unity that Paul just talked about.) If we are “others” centered instead of self-centered, we will be looking out for the best interest of the church, and ultimately of ourselves. A little clarity Paul: do not merely look out for your own personal interests, but also for the interest of others. That’s better. He doesn’t mean that we do not look out for ourselves at all – but that that is not the primary goal in order to maintain unity in the church. It is also the only way to maintain unity in the family. If we put ourselves first, instead of the others in the family, we will eventually have a divided family. Father help us to not just look out for ourselves, but also for the others in the church and in our family.

  Good morning. And men repented, right? And they blasphemed the God of heaven because of their pain and their sores; and they did not repent of their deeds. The sixth angel poured out his bowl on the great river, the Euphrates; and the water was dried up, so that the way would be prepared for the kings from the east. Previously, the 6th angel blew his trumpet and told them to release the four angels at the river Euphrates so that the army of 200 million could cross over.
