Let the word of Christ richly dwell within you, with all wisdom teaching and admonishing one another

Good morning. Bear with one another, forgive, put on love, let the peace of Christ rule in your hearts - anything else? Let the word of Christ richly dwell within you, with all wisdom teaching and admonishing one another with psalms and hymns and spiritual songs, singing with thankfulness in your hearts to God. Like we said yesterday, you cannot let the peace of Christ rule in your hearts without also having the word of God there. When the word of God is merely in your mind, it is just visiting. When it is in your heart and spirit, it is dwelling there. You cannot teach or admonish someone the way you should without the word of God richly dwelling within you. Notice how we are to teach: with psalms and hymns and spiritual songs. When “we” do the teaching, we tend to “give them a piece of our mind“. When we do it in God, we give them the Word; but not just in quoting scriptures. When we do it with singing, it takes the edge off our statements. When we do it on our own, we come off as “preachy“. Father help us to let the word of Christ richly dwell within us, and to minister that word to others with psalms and hymns and spiritual songs
