Good morning. Today's
inspiration talks about one's children. In Psalms: how blessed is the man who
fears the Lord, who greatly delights in His commandments. You want to be
blessed – fear the Lord and delight in His word. Not only will you be blessed
but: his descendants will be mighty on the earth: the generation of the upright
will be blessed. So the blessing is not only for you; it's also for your
children. That's a double blessing. Wealth and riches are in his house
(believing is seeing). It's easier to handle bad things when they happen to us;
it's a lot harder when it happens to our children. His righteousness endures
forever. Light arises in the darkness for the upright. Even though things look
dark now for you or your children, light will arise for you and for them. He is
gracious and compassionate and righteous. And because of that: it is well with
the man who is gracious and lends. God will maintain his cause in judgment. He will
never be shaken. Sometimes that one is hard to fulfill for us. Sometimes we are
so easily shaken with the events in our lives. He will not fear evil tidings;
his heart is steadfast trusting in the Lord. Again that is hard to maintain
when it concerns news about our children. Sometimes it's hard to not be afraid
when the phone rings – afraid that it is bad news. His heart is upheld, he will
not fear, until he looks with satisfaction on his adversaries. Sometimes these
adversaries are not human adversaries. His horn will be exalted in honor!
Father thank You that the reader fears You and greatly delights in Your word. He/she
and his/her children are blessed. There are wealth and riches in her house.
Light arises in the darkness for him/her and his/her children. He/she will
never be shaken.
Unless one is born of water and the Spirit he cannot enter into the kingdom of God
Good morning. While Jesus was in Jerusalem at the Passover, during the feast, many believed in His name, observing His signs which He was doing. Jesus was not entrusting Himself to them, for He knew all men. Now there was a man of the Pharisees, named Nicodemus, a ruler of the Jews. It doesn’t say, but I assume it is still during this time of the Passover. This man came to Jesus by night. Rabbi, we know that You have come from God as a teacher; for no one can do the signs that You do unless God is with him. It just said that the people believed in His name because of the signs He was doing; yet it does not say what those signs were. Unless one is born again he cannot see the kingdom of God. That is why unbelievers cannot tell what is of the kingdom of God and what is not – they’re not born again. Nicodemus doesn’t have a clue. How can a man be born when he is old? He cannot enter a second time into his mother’s womb and be born, can he? Unless one is born of water and the Spirit ...
