Good morning. And I know that you acted in ignorance, just
as your rulers did also. But the things which God announced beforehand by the
mouth of all the prophets, that His Christ would suffer, He has thus fulfilled.
Therefore repent and return, so that your sins may be wiped away, in order that
times of refreshing may come from the presence of the Lord; and that He may
send Jesus, the Christ appointed for you, whom heaven must receive until the
period of restoration of all things about which God spoke by the mouth of His
holy prophets from ancient time. The gospel always emphasizes that repentance
must come first. It is not just saying a prayer in church. Sometimes preachers
seem to make it too easy to get saved. If there is no repentance, there will be
no fruit. Whether or not anyone admits it, they are weighed down by their sins.
Repenting and returning to God and His wiping away of your sins will be a
refreshing experience. Jesus will only return when it is time for the restoration
of all things to occur. Father help the reader’s family to be healed quickly.

Therefore I exhort you, be imitators of me. He was saying that just like a child imitates his or her father, they were to imitate him. He says that again seven chapters later. Since it is easy to forget some things about people we have not seen in a while, Paul says that he sent Timothy to them to remind them of his ways which are in Christ, just as he taught everywhere in every church. Some have become arrogant, as though I were not coming to you. I shall find ou...
