Good morning the best to
you each morning k - e double - l - o - double good: you know the rest. Verse
six of chapter 4 in first Timothy: constantly nourished on the words of the
faith and of the sound doctrine which you have been following. So, we are not
to be nourished just on that cereal each morning: but on the words of the faith
and sound doctrine. It's the word from which we get our spiritual nourishment;
it's not that cereal each morning. And just like we should not be skipping the
nourishment of food – we should not be skipping the nourishment of the word.
Our bodies have to have the nourishment of the food; and so our spirit and soul

suffer; without the proper word our spirit and soul suffer. Just like we need
good food; so we need to hear good words. The word will help lead us to
godliness. Verse eight: godliness is profitable for all things, since it holds
promise for the present life and also for the life to come. Allow God's word to
have its full effect in you each day. Then you will have that godliness in you
that He desires.

Apparently, they were not staying in the upper room, or it would have said so. But Mary was standing outside the tomb weeping; and so, as she wept, she stooped (just like John) and looked into the tomb. She saw two angels in white sitting, one at the head and one at the feet, where the body of Jesus had been l...
