Good morning. I hope you slept well. Today we're going to look at
verse 12 of chapter 1 of second Timothy: but I am not ashamed; for I know whom
I have believed and I am convinced that He is able to guard what I have
entrusted to Him until that day. We are not believing some empty words of some
dead philosopher who lived hundreds of years ago. We actually know the person
whom we have believed. We didn't just read it, He spoke it into our hearts. He
makes the word of God come alive in our hearts. We haven't just given our
mental allegiance to some person. We have entrusted everything to Him;
everything that is the true us. Again it is not just some philosophy – it is
reality. We can trust Him to guard it until the very end. He's not going to
lose it. We can trust Him that all is well; even when it doesn't look like it.
Father in Jesus name help the reader today and every day to know with certainty
that You are with her/him and that You are going to guide and protect her/him
until the very end. Amen.

They were originally from Galilee and would not have had homes in Jerusalem. Perhaps it means the homes where they were staying while in Jerusalem. Apparently, they were not staying in the upper room, or it would have said so. But Mary was standing outside the tomb weeping; and so, as she wept, she stooped (just like John) and looked into the tomb. She saw two angels in white sitting, one at the head and one at the feet, where the body of Jesus had been l...
